Delivery Policy

We know that the safe, speedy and cost effective delivery of orders is very important to our customers so we have a range of delivery options.

All available delivery options and costs are shown at check-out, costs will depend on weight, delivery option chosen and destination.

We aim to despatch fabric orders received by 2 p.m. on the same working day. This doesn't include next working day courier orders which need to be placed by midday for same day despatch please. Orders received weekdays after 2 p.m., at weekends or during holiday periods will be despatched on the next working day.

Fabric orders take priority over orders for samples so sample orders may take longer.

United Kingdom

First Class Post

This is a good choice if you want an order weighing up to 2kg quickly. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class post on the following business day and they do so for the vast majority of deliveries however this is not guaranteed and this service is not trackable. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until 15 days after posting. We are therefore unable to replace or refund lost orders until 15 days have elapsed.

Second Class post

This is the lowest cost option for orders up to 2kg. Second class post is normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days however this is not guaranteed and the service is not trackable. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until 15 days after posting. We are therefore unable to replace or refund lost orders until 15 days have elapsed.

Courier

This is the most reliable and least expensive option for orders over 2kg and courier services are trackable. We offer a next working day courier service if you order before midday (excluding Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands, sorry). The next working day service does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be despatched on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will be despatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that, whilst our couriers normally deliver the next working day, things do go wrong very occasionally meaning that consignments may be delayed - the courier aims to deliver the next working day and normally does but the service isn't guaranteed, please bear this in mind when an order is time dependent to avoid disappointment.

Special Delivery

This is a Royal Mail service that guarantees delivery next working day before 1.00pm Max weight is 10kg. To use this service please contact us on 0800 5677850.

Europe including Republic of Ireland

Air Mail

This is the least expensive method for small orders up to 2kg but is not guaranteed and is not trackable. Air mail varies from 3 to 15 working days. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until at least 15 working days after posting. We are therefore unable to replace or refund lost orders until 20 working days have elapsed. Not available for orders over 2kg.

Courier

This is the most reliable service but is more expensive. This service is trackable with 3 to 5 working day delivery time depending on the delivery location.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

Air Mail

This is the least expensive method for small orders up to 2kg but is not guaranteed and is not trackable. Air mail varies from 5 to 15 working days. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost or delayed until at least 15 working days after posting. We are therefore unable to replace or refund lost orders until 20 working days have elapsed. Not available for orders over 2kg.

Courier

This is the most reliable service but is more expensive. This service is trackable with 3 to 5 working day delivery time depending on the delivery location.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there are excessive surcharges applied by the courier to certain outlying areas.
